Home delivery is free from €200 in the EU (otherwise €15). See the destinations below for the UK and Switzerland.
Yes. We deliver throughout the EU (free from €200, otherwise €15, 5–6 business days), to the United Kingdom (€15, 4–7 days) and Switzerland (free from CHF 200, otherwise CHF 16, 5–6 business days). For the UK and Switzerland, customs duties and VAT may apply on delivery.
First check the tracking in your email: the parcel may be with a neighbour or at a pickup point. If you have no news beyond the stated time, write to us at contact@hobe-explore.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.

As soon as your order is ready to ship, you receive an email with your tracking number. It becomes active the next day. You can then follow each step until delivery.

Returns, exchanges & refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to return it. You can request an exchange or a refund.
Write to us at contact@hobe-explore.com: we will send you your return slip. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags still attached, in their intact original packaging. Place the return slip inside the parcel.

Once your return is received and checked, you are refunded within 7 days, to the payment method used at purchase.

17 to 32 litres, thanks to the expandable roll-top system. The backpack adapts to your day: compact for everyday use, expandable when needed.
Yes. The dedicated compartment holds a laptop up to 16 inches (35.5 × 26 × 3 cm), with quick access.
Yes. The outer fabric is technical and water-resistant. For heavy rain, the Caméléon rain cover protects the backpack entirely.
The backpack is 28 cm wide and 16.5 cm deep, with a height of 43 cm folded (60 cm unfolded). Folded, it meets the cabin format of most airlines. As allowed dimensions vary between airlines, check yours before departure.
Clean your Hobe products with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water. Important: do not machine-wash your Hobe bags.

Warranty & repair
Yes, our backpacks come with a 2-year warranty. They are built to last, and to be repaired rather than replaced.

Yes. If a seam comes loose, no worries: repair is possible. Doing things well also means making them last.
Our commitments
The outer is made of technical recycled nylon, water-resistant and certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The lining is GRS-certified recycled PET, made from recycled bottles. The components comply with the European REACH regulation. More about our approach.

Yes. Our shipping boxes come from dormant stock or are reconditioned. Rather than creating new ones, we give existing ones a second life.
