More than 450 people told us what was wrong: zippers that break (too) fast, everything jumbled together, not enough room, uncomfortable — and all of it with no style...
So we rethought everything, point by point, to create the backpack we all wanted.

After two years of prototypes, the Chameleon backpack was born.
Premium recycled nylon. Water-resistant, tough, pleasant to the touch. The kind of fabric and stitching that doesn't give up after three trips and two downpours.

A LASTING BOND WITH OUR WORKSHOP
The Chameleon is no ordinary bag. Its technical design demands real expertise. We chose a human-scale workshop in China, recognized for its high standards and its good social and environmental practices.
Every stage is audited by independent experts against amfori BSCI standards.
We don't claim to be perfect. But at every step, we choose the most consistent option.
Transport
Sea freight rather than air. The lowest possible impact.
Packaging
Our boxes come from dormant stock or are reconditioned by Carton Vert in Charente. Rather than throwing things away, we give a second life to what already exists.
Repair rather than replace
Our bags are built to last. But if one day a seam gives way, don't panic.
We've got you covered: repair is possible.
We work with a repair workshop in Lyon. Doing things well also means making them last.
