Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

How to return a product
Contact us at contact@hobe-explore.com to receive your return label. Slip it inside your return parcel.

Return costs
Returns are free, whether for an exchange or a refund.

Condition of the product
You may unpack and try the product to check its features, as you would in a shop. We recommend keeping the original packaging. A deduction may be applied if the product loses value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to check it.

Refunds
The refund is issued within 7 days of the product being received and checked at our warehouse, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Exchanges
For an exchange, the return is free as well.
